产品应用开发工程师

1.      负责产品开发，同客户设计团队一起参与设计概念及要求评审；

To be responsible for product development, participate in design concepts and requirements review with the customer design team.

2.      推动公司标准设计和标准订制品在新产品上的应用；

Promote the application of company standard design and orders on the new products.

3.      根据设计任务书、产品规格和车辆技术要求，熟练运用公司制图软件（Creo、Catia等）进行3D数模设计或改进工作，满足客户需求；

According to the design task book, product specifications and vehicle technical requirements, skilled use of company design software (Creo, Catia, etc.) for 3D design or improvement work to meet customer needs.

4.      生成样件或量产2D工程图纸，并确定合理的公差要求以满足实际生产或装配要求，并进行发放；

Generate prototypes or mass-produce 2D engineering drawings and determine reasonable tolerance requirements to meet actual production or assembly requirements, then execute the process of release.

5.      主导产品图纸技术分析，设计评审，做好设计FMEA；

Leading product drawing technical analysis, design review; do the DFMEA strictly.

6.      根据项目要求和小组协作来开发设计报价；

Develop design quotes based on project requirements and teamwork.

7.      参与模型和产品评审（内部外部）,熟悉相应开发流程（如：VDA等）；

Participate in model and product review (internal and external), familiar with the corresponding development process (eg VDA, etc.).

8.      负责外购件的供应商技术控制，如：图纸设计及技术细节；

Technical control of suppliers responsible for purchased parts (eg. Drawing design and technical details)

9.      跟踪功能样件的试制，协调处理相关技术问题，并收集产品设计质量问题，以分析、改进设计质量。

Track the trial production of functional samples, coordinate the processing of related technical issues, and collect product design quality issues to analyze and improve design quality.

10.  对于失效件，协调试制和组织分析；

For failure parts, coordinate to re-trail production and organize the relative members to analysis the failures.

11.  掌握产品试验要求，参与试验规范的确定，并协助试验工程师对试验结果进行评价。

Master product testing requirements, participate in the determination of test specifications, and assist test engineers in evaluating test results.

12.  支持VAVE，工程变更执行；

Support VAVE, engineering change execution.

13.  做好产品数据管理及保密工作；

Do product data management and confidentiality work.

14.  密切与内外部的沟通交流，做好联系和协调工作

Close communication with internal and external, and make contact and coordination.
